Issues and Solutions for Small and Medium Sized American Manufacturers
Are you feeling motivated this morning?
I certainly hope so. I know that I am!
Ken Rayment interviewed me yesterday about how small and medium sized American manufacturers can become much more successful.
I pointed out that most such manufacturers are focused on soaring costs, pressure from customers not to raise prices, and sagging volume as domestic customers lose market share to imports. But those are merely symptoms of weak business models and ineffective cost management methods.
